Please follow the instructions below. If you register with the site, you will only have to enter your details the first time. The information provided on this site is secure and protected by the HIPAA Privacy Rule.
After successful scheduling of an appointment, you will receive a Confirmation Email. If you do not receive a confirmation, you have not booked the appointment correctly, and you will need to start over.
You have the choice of scheduling either 60 or 90 minute sessions with me. The 90 minute session costs 1.5 times the amount of the 60 minute session. I recommend 90 minute sessions for couples' joint sessions.
You have the choice to meet with me in-person in my office or via Zoom on your device. Please make this choice in the next steps.
Payments can be made in cash at the end of the session, through direct transfer or through the Revolut app. Credit cards are not accepted.
With the successful booking of an appointment, you have an obligation to pay for the appointment, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the session. You will not be able to cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the session online so you will need to call, text or email me to let me know about your situation. You will receive a Reminder Email 48 hours before the session. This is a good time to insure that you can still make the session. If not, please cancel or change it as soon as you can to give others a chance to schedule that time-slot.
If you have limited availability and want to insure that you can see me on a regular basis, you can schedule a series of sessions up to four months in advance.
Included in the Confirmation Email that you will receive immediately after scheduling an appointment, there is a link to my Professional Services Agreement. Please download, print and read this document before the first session. This document contains important information about my fee scale and confidentiality. If you decide to continue working with me, please bring this signed document back to me at the second session.
